Are you looking for an experienced career coach in the Utrecht or Hilversum regions? A coach who is results-oriented but keeps your needs in mind? Someone who will deliver a tailored-made solution and will work towards a sustainable solution for you?

What are the results of 1-1 career coaching with me? You will know where your “ideal” place is and what you must do or develop within yourself to get there or stay there. You will be able to present yourself in a fitting way and will have a concrete plan of action for your future.      

The initial exploratory meeting is always gratis and non-binding.

I will guide you along your career path, helping you to gain a clear insight into what you want, what suits you, what type of company you want to work for, which roles you can find and how to get there. Together, we will assess your strengths, talents and skills over a short and intensive period of time.

If necessary, I work with digital assessments that deliver an insight into your personal characteristics, your experience and education, your skills and your interests. These are converted into roles that fit your profile. We will discuss the result repots together.

Following this, a maximum of 5 meetings will be held which will provide you with a clear insight into your interests, what you enjoy and what gives you satisfaction.  Between these sessions you will complete customised digital assignments which will help you to decide which step to take next in your career.

My approach is practical and results-oriented with a human element and with your needs in mind. Always.
