In terms of my target group, my focus is on experienced professionals from graduate to executive level - people who want to feel energised at work and have fun!
What will be the result of your individual outplacement with me? Basically, finding a new job or starting up your own company as a freelancer. I will help you find your way. I always aim for a placement success rate of 100%. In the current labour market, however, around 80% is realistic.
You are mid job-application. You know which jobs suit you best and where you want to work. You have all the application skills you need to get the job.
An initial consultation is always free of charge and non-binding.
After the first consultation, I will start with your career orientation where you will be asked to fill out some digital questionnaires (if required.) I work with LDC testing which provides insight into your personal characteristics, your experience and education, your skills and your interests. These are translated into potentially suitable professions and paths. We will discuss the resulting reports together.
After this, a maximum of 5 more meetings will follow in which we will determine the focus of your search. Following this, or sooner if your process has been faster, we will look at organisations where you can find these roles.
This is followed by practical job application coaching (see below). In terms of guidance, outplacement is more than just career orientation. Ultimately, your new job must also become reality! I will search for suitable vacancies with you, supporting you every step of the way.
Between our meetings, you will work on digital customised assignments where you will receive a reasonable amount of “homework.” My working method is both practical and results-oriented.
The research period takes a maximum of 3 months. An entire outplacement project including application coaching takes between 4 to 9 months and consists of between 6 to 12 interviews. In between sessions, we will stay in regular contact via mail, phone or Microsoft Teams. You can contact me at any time during the process if you have any questions.
Each project is intensive and tailor-made. I only use the resources necessary for the project. The subjects and the number of meetings per phase can therefore differ.
Job Application Coaching
If you already know what you want and simply need some help in applying for a job in 2022, you can just opt for my job application coaching programme.
In this programme you will acquire the knowledge and skills required for a successful application such as your CV, covering letter and preparing for an interview. Together we will set up a LinkedIn profile for you which will be easy to find. We will work with networking, online and offline via social media.
During the process I will also search for suitable vacancies for you.
